These General Terms and Conditions, together with the specific terms and conditions of the booking, govern the terms and conditions of your booking. The booking is subject to the laws of the country of the establishment and local legislation, and consumer rights depending on your place of residence.

Minimum age for making a reservation: 18 years old.
Minors under the age of 18 must stay at the Hotel accompanied by their parents, guardians or adults duly authorised by them. Hotel staff may request relevant documentation identifying the adults as their parents/guardians or authorised persons. All of the above is without prejudice to the establishment of a different minimum age in accordance with local legislation.

Payment method: As indicated in the booking process, payment by Visa/Mastercard is accepted. This may be used to verify the validity of your card details, for bank pre-authorisation, or for advance payment (full or partial) depending on the terms of your booking.

Prices: the prices shown include VAT. Tourist taxes (if applicable) are not included in the price and will be specified separately in the specific conditions of your booking.

Shipping costs: not applicable.

Cancellation policy: the cancellation policy is indicated when making the booking in the specific conditions. In the case of non-refundable bookings, if you cancel or do not show up, the payment will not be refunded. If no cancellation policy is established in the booking conditions, the provisions of current legislation will apply. Once you have checked in, cancellation will be subject to the establishment’s policy.

Right of withdrawal: in accordance with consumer regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

Online dispute resolution: we inform you of the existence of online out-of-court dispute resolution platforms, help in locating a platform and additional information on the European Commission’s website available at: https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/ and through which consumers may submit their complaints.

Pets are allowed subject to prior communication and confirmation with the accommodation.
There is no limit on the number or type of pets per room.

The owner is responsible for any damage caused by their pet, as well as any additional cleaning costs incurred during their stay.

Permitted areas:

They may remain in the reserved room and in the outdoor common areas.

In passageways and common areas, they must always be kept on a leash or under control.

Use of furniture: Pets are not permitted to use beds, sofas, towels or showers in the accommodation. If necessary, the hotel will provide specific equipment.

Pets alone in the room: They may be left alone for short periods of time, provided they do not cause noise or disturbance to other guests. Otherwise, the accommodation may intervene and contact the owner.
